Phenix Foundry works with customers to achieve their goals. In addition to gray and ductile iron castings, we offer the below services as well.

Phenix Foundry, through its affiliate company Metal Goods Manufacturing, offers machining services to its customers. From simple drilling/threading to complex milling, we are able to offer turnkey parts to customers for small jobs and production volume.

Phenix Foundry can facilitate powder coating or other industrial coatings.

Phenix Foundry prides itself on its collaborative efforts with customer engineering departments to facilitate effective casting design. We work with customers to ensure part geometries can be manufactured. We also can work with customers to convert weldments to castings, oftentimes saving many hours of manufacturing time when converting to a casting compared to a weldment.
